Hello members!
It is almost that time of year again! Membership renewals for the 2024 year will be open on April 1st and Close on May 31st.
REMINDER
Nova Scotia RVT's, you will not be required to submit any CE to renew your membership until next year, at that time is 30 hours, as per your VMA.
New Brunswick RVT's, you are required to submit 30 hours of CE that was obtained between June 1 2021 and May 31 2023, so hurry up and get your CE completed!
In addition to this, please keep in mind that in order to submit membership to your VMA, you must first submit membership to the EVTA and have proof of submission, please allow the EVTA enough time to review your application before the VMA deadline.
Newfoundland/Labrador and Prince Edward Island RVT's, you are still required to submit 15 hours of CE yearly
Please refer to the information listed below which includes renewal instructions for your region
The board of directors would also like to take this time to notify of a 4% increase in membership dues to all members, resulting in the following increases:
RVT membership - $135.00
Student membership - $25.00
*Please note that slight increases are necessary to aid in offsetting increased cost of operations, your board of directors are ever so hard at work to provide advocacy and presence for our profession.
We look forward to collaborating with and representing you all this upcoming membership year.
